Free screenings for children two months to five years old, performed by trained developmental screeners from Birth to 3; Lakeshore Family Resources; Manitowoc County Health Dept.; and CESA #7 Head Start, Early Head Start and Manitowoc Public School District. Appointments are offered from 9 AM-1 PM and 3-7 PM, and last about one hour.
